All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Eligibility Period
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Customized or personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless defective
- Items marked “final sale” at purchase are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization requirements, the following products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Custom-embroidered items (Air Force Name Tapes, ABU Badges, Embroidered Subdued Badges)
- Personalized uniform accessories (ABU Enlisted Rank Sew-on, ABU Officer Rank Sew-on)
- All other customized or personalized military items
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- List of items to return
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely with the RA number clearly visible on the outside. Ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are shipped via your original shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items (torn Army Uniforms, faulty Cap Devices, etc.), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or refund.
